New Special Event! In coordination with our CLE about alcohol laws we will visit White Labs Brewing Co. for lunch and tours of their yeast factory. White Labs Brewing Co was started in 2012 as a way to showcase the influence that yeast and fermentation have on beer.
Some of our favorite foods – beer, bread, yogurt, cheese, pizza dough – are the result of a fermentation process. Join us for delicious food and beverage as we learn about the science of yeast and fermentation!
Refund Policy
To cancel your registration contact events@nclm.org no later than July 22nd to qualify for a refund. We must give guarantees to the conference facility, and they will charge us even if you cancel; therefore, no refunds for meals and events can be made after July 22nd. Please review the hotel's cancellation policy with regard to your room reservation.
